About

Alex Grande initially started learning photography in the darkroom developing a deep appreciation for both film and the art of composition. This foundation has evolved into a passion for capturing the dynamic energy of concerts, the vibrancy of landscapes, and the overlooked beauty of city life. At this time, Alex specializes in low-light action portraiture (concert photography) and documenting events with a journalistic eye.
Through his time working in the concert scene, he has had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse range of artists, including national and internationally touring bands such as Mdou Moctar, Lotus, Dizgo, Flux Capacitor, Black Pumas, and Warpark. Getting to work and visit new venues is a highlight for Alex with his favorite visits being The Brooklyn Bowl Philly, The Recher and The Abbey Bar. Alongside capturing memorable moments for musical artists, Alex also has professional experience covering large town gatherings and music festivals such as Marietta, PA's Blues, Brews, and "Boo's", FluxFest, and the Lancaster Music Festival to providing stock images for weekly events for establishments such as Tellus360 in Lancaster, PA. Alex is also available for those unique moments you may want to have photographic art for such as engagements and private events.
With extensive experience in diverse environments, from intimate venues to expansive festival grounds, Alex brings a relaxed and professional approach to every project, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for his clients.
